中原油田在开发建设过程中出现井喷、采油污水、井下作业污染、钻井井场废弃物、落地原油、工业污水未达标排放等现象,污染物呈分散状分布在土壤中,对采油区及其周边土壤生态环境造成影响。通过研究,狗牙根,生存能力强,是试验中的最具有修复土壤石油污染研究潜力的植物;自然条件下向日葵、狗牙根、棉花、高丹草均能与土著微生物共生进行土壤石油污染生物修复;土壤中秸杆添加量为?20?g/kg?时生物对土壤中石油污染物的生物修复效果较好;狗牙根与棉花加菌组合的石油降解率可达?56.38%。

In?development?and?construction?process?of?Zhongyuan?Oil?Field,?blowout,?sewage,?borehole?operation?pollution,?waste?of?well?site,?ground?crude?oil?and?non-standard?industrial?wastewater?discharge?has?happened?from?time?to?time.?The?pollutant?is?depressively?scattered?in?soil,?causing?influence?on?the?oil?producing?region?and?the?ecological?environment?of?surrounding?soil.?It?is?found?in?the?research?that?Bermuda?grass?has?strong?viability?and?is?plant?with?the?largest?potential?to?repairing?oil-contaminated?soil?in?the?test;?under?natural?conditions,?sunflower,?Bermuda?grass,?cotton?and?Gaodan?grass?can?all?conduct?bioremediation?of?oil-contaminated?soil?together?with?indigenous?microorganism;?when?the?additive?amount?of?straw?in?the?soil?is?20?g/kg?,?the?bioremediation?on?petroleum?pollutant?in?soil?is?relatively?better;?the?combination?of?Bermuda?grass?and?cotton?with?bacterium?can?reach?56.38%?in?petroleum?degradation.
