目的 探讨图文式临床路径用于腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石患者的效果.方法 由医疗、护理专家、专科医生、护士根据卫生部相关标准制订腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石标准化临床路径模块,根据临床路径模块绘制相关图文,将344例腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石患者随机分为实验组和对照组各172例,实验组给予口头加图文式临床路径方式进行宣教,对照组给予传统口头加文字方式宣教.比较2组治疗效果.结果 运用图文式临床路径对腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石患者进行宣教与传统口头加文字方式宣教比较,实验组患者在内容记忆程度、治疗护理的配合、疾病的理解程度、手术的配合、手术相关知识知晓率方面高于对照组;实验组患者宣教时间及住院天数均少于对照组,2组比较差异显著.结论 图文式临床路径宣教,图文并茂,直观、易懂、易记,患者易于接受,能有效地起到宣教作用.

Objective To study the effect of graphic-text clinical pathway education in patients with cholecystolithiasis treated by the laparoscope. Methods The clinical pathway modules were established by nurses and specialists, the team draw the graphic-text imaging. 344 cases of cholecystolithiasis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 172 cases in each group. The experimental group was given verbal plus graphic-text clinical pathway education after admission,while the control group was given oral traditional plus text mode education. Results The memory degree, cooperation with treatment and nursing, understanding degree of disease, cooperation with surgery, understanding degree of surgery related knowledge were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group.Besides, the education time and hospitalization time was shorter in the experimental group than those in the control group. Conclusions Education with graphic-text style of clinical pathway is easy to understand and remember, acceptable by patients and play an effective role in education.
