在中压大功率SRD中,为了增强IGBT驱动电路的抗干扰能力,引入光纤隔离驱动技术,对驱动电路的控制信号和驱动信号进行光电隔离.介绍了中压大功率SRD驱动电路中的收发器、发送方式及光纤元件的选用原则,通过在系统中的具体应用、性能检测、型式试验等证明,IGBT的光纤隔离驱动技术能有效防止驱动电路干扰问题,提高中压大功率SRD的工作可靠性.

In order to improve the anti-jamming ability of IGBT drive circuit, the optical fiber isolation driver technology was used to isolate the control signal and drive signal of drive circuit by photoelectric conver-sion. The selection of transceiver,send and optical fiber in the medium voltage high-power SRD drive circuit were introduced. The concrete application, capability test and modality experiments were taken. The experi-ments prove that IGBT's optical fiber isolation driver technology can prevent interference of drive circuit, and improve dependability of the medium voltage high-power SRD in working.
