建立HPLC法测定合成硫酸葫芦巴碱的含量.样品用C_(18)柱分离,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液=3:7(体积分数,三乙胺调pH=8),检测波长265 nm,流速0.7 mL/min,柱温为30℃.结果表明,硫酸葫芦巴碱在1～8μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),硫酸葫芦巴碱的平均回收率为99.30%(n=6),RSD为0.08%.该法灵敏、准确、重现性好,操作简便,可有效测定硫酸葫芦巴碱的含量.

A method for determination of trigonelline sulfate with HPLC was established.C_(18) column was used,and the mobile phase was MeOH:0.1% H_3P0_4=3:7(Vol ratio):The pH was adjasted to 8 by adding triethylamine.The detection wave length and temperature were set at 265 nm and 30℃,and the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min.The calibration curve of trigonelline sulfate content was linear wit,hin the range of 1～8μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery of trigonelline sulfate was 99.30%,and RSD was 0.08%.The HPLC method is accurate and sensitive for determining trigonelline sulfate.
