目的 探讨自制环套式学步带在颅脑外伤致偏瘫患者早期行走训练中的作用和效果.方法 将100例脑外伤致下肢瘫痪患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,在常规治疗和护理完全一样的基础上实验组应用环套式学步带,分别在2周、1个月、3个月评定效果.结果 实验组站立平衡功能Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级者占50%,运动功能Brunnstrom(Br)Ⅳ级以上者占74%,步行速度显著提高者占84%,踝、膝关节自主活动显著改善者占86%,与对照组差异显著(P<0.01).结论 自制环套式学步带能促进颅脑外伤致偏瘫患者自我认知能力恢复;对保持关节功能和行走能力恢复起重要作用.

Objective To explore the effect of self-made ring-type head injury in toddlers with early walking training of patients with hemiplegia.Methods One hundred cases of paraplegia caused by traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases of experimental group was treated with a three-ring-style learning to walk on the basis of the routine treatment and nursing, the results were assessed after 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 month.Res ults The experimental group was standing balance function of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade accotnted for 50%, motor function Brunnstrom Ⅳ level and above accounted for 74%, walking speed was significantly improved in 84%, ankle, knee autonomous activities was improved significantly by 86%, with the control group significantly different P<0.01.Conclusions The nested-loop learning to walk with a traumatic brain injury can promote the self-induced paralysis in patients with cognitive rehabilitation; for maintaining joint function and walking capacity to resume play an important role.
