Anti-Cold Cream%Cold Condition%Rats%Biochemical Index%Experimental Study
目的通过预防性用药,观察大鼠寒冷条件下生化指标的变化,评价抗寒霜对提高耐寒能力的作用,为预防冻伤提供有效的药物及给药途径.方法制备大鼠左足冻伤模型.实验分为三组,对照组为冻伤模型组,实验1组为抗寒Ⅰ号霜组,实验2组为抗寒Ⅱ号霜组,检测生化指标22项.结果对照组转氨酶(ALT、AST)、尿素氮(BUN)均显著增高,血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBD)、胆碱脂酶(CHE)活性增强,与两个实验组相比较有显著性差异.结论抗寒霜对寒冷条件下大鼠的重要器官有一定的保护作用,从而为进一步深入研究提供了可靠依据.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of anti-cold cream on improving cold resistance ability and provide effective medicine and route of medication to prevent cold injury by observing biochemical index changes of rats under cold condition after preventive medication.Methods:Cold injured models of rats' left feet were prepared. The control group was the cold injured models, and No. 1 anti-cold cream was used in test group 1 while No.2 used in group 2, whose 22 biochemical indexes were all detected.Results:ALT, AST and BUN in the control group were raised distinctly and the activity of LDH, CK, HBD, CHE was enhanced, which had marked difference compared with those of the test groups.Conclusions:Anti-cold cream has some protective action to the important organs of rats under cold condition, which lays dependable foundation for further study.
