Xuefeng black-bone Chicken%Eggshell%Pigment
[目的]研究雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋蛋壳色素的主要成分. [方法]根据雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋蛋壳色素提取物的紫外吸收值和其最大吸收波长差异的原理,测定样品的主要成分,并判断各样品之间主要成分相对含量的差异程度.[结果]雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋蛋壳色素提取物吸收光谱的最大值为412 nm,光谱的高峰和低谷在380~680 nm,与胆绿素的光谱相符,同时光谱的最高峰在410~680 nm,与原卟啉的光谱相符;各样品在412和680 nm处的吸收值差异均没有达到显著水平(P>0.05).[结论]雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋蛋壳色素主要由原卟啉和胆绿素组成,且含量在不同样品之间比较均衡.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the green -eggshell's pigment composition of Xuefeng black-bone Chicken. [ Method] Based on the ultraviolet absorption value and the difference of maximum absorption wavelength of the green-eggshell pigment' s extractive, the composition were evaluated,and the difference degree of pigment content in different green-eggshell were analysied. [Result]The absorption spectrum's maximum of extractive was 412 nm,and the height and trough was between 412 nm and 680 nm. The value of 412 nm and 680 nm among the samples was no significant difference ( P > 0.05). [ Conclusion ] The pigments in the green eggshell of Xuefeng black-bone Chicken were biliverdin and protoporphyrin, and the pigment content in different green-eggshell was proportional.
