采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备不含碳纳米管(CNT)和含1%(质量分数, 下同)碳纳米管的Sm_2Zr_2O_7陶瓷粉体,在1600 ℃无压烧结10 h制备Sm_2Zr_2O_7陶瓷块体.利用X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析陶瓷的相结构和微观形貌,研究碳纳米管的添加对Sm_2Zr_2O_7陶瓷致密化的影响.结果表明,加入1%的碳纳米管后,无压烧结制备的Sm_2Zr_2O_7陶瓷的致密化程度大大提高,这是因为碳纳米管在无压烧结过程中与Sm_2Zr_2O_7陶瓷中的氧发生反应,导致Sm_2Zr_2O_7陶瓷中氧空位浓度增加,氧空位的存在加速了Sm_2Zr_2O_7陶瓷的致密化过程.

Sm_2Zr_2O_7 powders with 1% carbon nanotube (CNT) and without CNT were prepared by Sol-Gel method and the Sm_2Zr_2O_7 pellets were synthesized at 1600 ℃ for 10 h by pressureless sintering method. The phase structure and morphology of the ceramics were characterized by XRD and SEM, respectively. The influence of the addition of CNT on the densification of Sm_2Zr_2O_7 ceramics was investigated. The results reveal that the densification of Sm_2Zr_2O_7 ceramics by pressureless sintering method is improved greatly after the addtion of 1% CNT. This is because CNT can react with oxygen in the Sm_2Zr_2O_7 ceramic during the process of pressureless sintering. Therefore, the concentration of oxygen vacancy in Sm_2Zr_2O_7 ceramics increases and the formation of oxgen vacancy improves the densification of Sm_2Zr_2O_7 ceramic.
