模因论(memetics)是仿照基因理论来解释文化发展进化规律的一种相对较新的理论。通过分析模因传播周期的同化、记忆、表达和传输四个阶段与外贸英语函电教学过程的密切关系,得出将模因论应用于外贸英语函电教学具有合理性;进而从模因的传播周期入手,来探讨外贸英语函电课程的教学策略,以期为外贸英语函电教学开辟一个全新的研究视角。

Memetics is a new theory for interpreting cultural evolution.Based on memetic theory,a tentative research on the teaching strategy of business correspondence is conducted.First,the relationship of the four stages of meme transmission and the teaching process of business correspondence is analyzed,from which the conclusion on the rationality of this research can be drawn.Then,according to these four stages,the teaching strategies of business correspondence are illustrated,offering a new perspective to the study of business correspondence teaching.
