利用AFLP技术对谷子光敏雄性不育基因进行了分子标记,对96对引物进行了筛选,通过Kosambi函数计算,P_(50)/M_(40)和P_(56)/M_(76)的引物组合与基因间的连锁距离为10.14,15.46cM.

Millet photo sensitive male sterile gene was studied using AFLP technique and 96 pairs of AFLP primers were se-lected. P_(56)/M_(40) and P_(56)/M_(76) could be the linked marker of millet photo-sensitive male sterile gene and the distance were 10.14 and 15.46 cM through Kosambi function.
