采用高折射率光学树脂单体与偏光膜经一次浇注成型制备了高折射率偏振光树脂镜片,分析了各种工艺因素对偏光膜及镜片质量的影响,并提出了偏光膜处理的工艺条件及成镜工艺条件,对镜片质量进行了检验,并分析了其应用前景.
採用高摺射率光學樹脂單體與偏光膜經一次澆註成型製備瞭高摺射率偏振光樹脂鏡片,分析瞭各種工藝因素對偏光膜及鏡片質量的影響,併提齣瞭偏光膜處理的工藝條件及成鏡工藝條件,對鏡片質量進行瞭檢驗,併分析瞭其應用前景.

Polarized light resin glasses with high refractive index were prepared by once casting forming with optical resin monomer with high refractive index and polarized light membrane. Effects of various technology factors on the quality of polarized light membrane and glasses were analyzed. The treating technology conditions of polarized light membrane and preparation conditions of glasses were pointed out. The qualities of the glasses were tested and the application future was analyzed.
