本文通过对新疆喀什地区中小学双语教师专业化发展现状调查,运用绩效技术手段,找出当前中小学双语教师专业化发展中存在的主要问题及引发问题的根源,构建中小学双语教师专业化发展的绩效改进过程模型,并提出中小学双语教师专业化绩效改进建议。

본문통과대신강객십지구중소학쌍어교사전업화발전현상조사,운용적효기술수단,조출당전중소학쌍어교사전업화발전중존재적주요문제급인발문제적근원,구건중소학쌍어교사전업화발전적적효개진과정모형,병제출중소학쌍어교사전업화적효개진건의。
Through the present situation investigation of the middle and primary school teachers' professional development in Kashgar, Xinjiang, by the use of performance technology, find out the main problems existed in bilingual teachers professional development and the root of the problems, establish the process model of the performance improvement, and put forward suggestions for improvement of bilingual teachers professional performance in middle and primary schools.
