目的探讨放射性核素显像诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的价值.方法利用SPECT对177例可疑下肢DVT患者进行~(99)Tc~m-大颗粒聚合白蛋白(~(99)Tc~m-MAA)核素静脉显像(RNV).结果 RNV对下肢DVT诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为92.1%(129/140)、83.7%(31/37)、90.3%(160/177),DV工具有较为典型的RNV影像表现.结论 RNV安全无创、简便易行,灵敏度、特异度及准确度较高.能较准确反映DVT后深浅静脉功能状态,是一种可靠的诊断下肢DVT方法.

Objective To explore the value of radionuclide venography(RNV)in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods One hundred and seventy-seven patients suffering from suspected lower extremity DVT the ~(99)Tc~m-macroaggregateed albumin(~(99)Tc~m-MAA)RNV examination by SPECT.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of RNV in the diagnosis of DVT were 92.1%(129/140),83.7%(31/37),90.3%(160/177).DVT had a typical imaging feature of the RNV.Conclusions RNV is safe,non-invasive and simple.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of RNV are higher.And it can reflect the functional status of the veins of the patients with DVT more accurately.RNV is a reliable method in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
