目的调查血液透析患者的主要照顾者的照顾性行为现状.方法选择2010年4-9月期间任意1周,在大连市三级医院血液透析室进行血液透析患者的主要照顾者为研究对象,应用血液透析患者主要照顾者照顾性行为评估量表(LC-GADs)中文版对300名血液透析患者主要照顾者进行调查.结果 300名血液透析患者主要照顾者在抽象行为分量表(Think-LC-GADs)平均得分为(3.05±0.52)分,其中评估方面得分最高为(3.28±0.35)分,指导方面得分最低为(2.65±0.36)分；在可见行为分量表(Task-LC-GADs)平均得分为(3.65±0.45)分,其中协助饮食和症状缓解两方面得分最高,分别为(3.88±0.28)分和(3.86±0.27)分；在提供交通设施方面的得分相对较低为(3.32±0.38)分.照顾性行为与主要照顾者的年龄、职业状况、婚姻状况、与患者的关系、照顾年限及每天照顾时间、是否利用收费性护理服务及家庭月收入相关(P＜0.05).结论血液透析患者的主要照顾者承担的照顾活动较多,该群体应引起社会的广泛关注.
목적 조사혈액투석환자적주요조고자적조고성행위현상.방법 선택2010년4-9월기간임의1주,재대련시삼급의원혈액투석실진행혈액투석환자적주요조고자위연구대상,응용혈액투석환자주요조고자조고성행위평고량표(LC-GADs)중문판대300명혈액투석환자주요조고자진행조사.결과 300명혈액투석환자주요조고자재추상행위분량표(Think-LC-GADs)평균득분위(3.05±0.52)분,기중평고방면득분최고위(3.28±0.35)분,지도방면득분최저위(2.65±0.36)분；재가견행위분량표(Task-LC-GADs)평균득분위(3.65±0.45)분,기중협조음식화증상완해량방면득분최고,분별위(3.88±0.28)분화(3.86±0.27)분；재제공교통설시방면적득분상대교저위(3.32±0.38)분.조고성행위여주요조고자적년령、직업상황、혼인상황、여환자적관계、조고년한급매천조고시간、시부이용수비성호리복무급가정월수입상관(P＜0.05).결론 혈액투석환자적주요조고자승담적조고활동교다,해군체응인기사회적엄범관주.
Objective To investigate the caregiving activities of the main caregivers of long-term hemodialysis patients.Methods Three hundred patients caregivers from April to September in 2010 in Grade A Hospitals of Dalian city with long-term hemodialysis were investigated with the Chinese version of Caregiving to Adults on Dialysis(CLC-GADs).Results The average score of the Think-LC-GADs was 3.05 ± 0.52,among them,the highest sub-scale score was Assessment (3.28±0.35),and the lowest score was Coaching (2.65 ±0.36).The average score of the whole Task-LC-GADs was 3.65 ± 0.45,among which,the sub-scale score of Diet Assist and Symptom Relief was higher,with 3.88±0.28 and 3.86 ±0.27 respectively,and the lowest score was providing transportation ( 3.32 ± 0.43 ).Caregiving activities of the main caregivers was correlated with their age,employment,marital status,relationship to patients,care time,charges of nursing,family income( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The main caregivers of long-term hemodialysis patients take too many caregiving acvitities,and they should be given attention from the society.
