为使八年制医学生更好地理解和掌握大学物理学基础知识，培养医学生理论联系实际的能力，本文分析了八年制医学生大学物理学课程的学习现状，通过课下与学生积极交流及问卷调查等方式，了解信息，针对八年制医学生的特点，提出并实践若干教学改革措施，如以医学问题的提出和解决向学生介绍大学物理学的基本思想、规律和方法；优化面向医学生的大学物理学教材；改革考试方法等。教改的实施激发了八年制医学生学习物理学的兴趣，使学生们意识到物理学与医学是紧密相连的，在提高学生学习成绩的同时也培养了学生学以致用的能力。

In order to help eight-year medical students understand and grasp the basic phsical knowledge more thoroughly, cultivate students' ability of integrating theory with practice, the learning situation of college physics of eight-year medical students was analyzed, through the active exchanges with students after class and written questionnaire survey, based on the specialty of eight-year medical students,several teaching reforms were promoted and applied including introducing basic thoughts, rules and methods of physics from medical problems, optimizing the teaching material, and reforming the examination etc.The teaching reform inspired the students' learning interests, made students realize the links of physics and medicine, improved students' learning achievements and cultivated their abilities to apply physics to practice.
