目的 探讨苏州地区三级综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力的发生率及特点.方法 采用随机数字表法选择苏州地区3所三级综合医院,使用问卷调查法了解护士在过去1年遭受的工作场所暴力情况,采用频数、构成比等指标对资料进行统计分析.结果 484份有效问卷中有305人报告曾在过去1年遭受过不同形式的工作场所暴力,发生率为63.0%;暴力主要发生在白班时间,占74.1%;暴力发生的主要地点为病房占51.5%、护士站占23.9%;护士应对暴力的方式护士主要为“耐心解释”占73.1%、“忍让回避”占70.2%.结论 苏州地区三级综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力的现象并不少见,社会和医院应从多方面进行干预,预防及减少暴力发生.

Objective To explore the incidence and features of workplace violence towards nurses in tertiary general hospital in Suzhou.Methods The table of random number was used to selected three three -level hospitals in Suzhou region,and nurses from those hospitals were investigated with questionnaire about their experiences of workplace violence over past one year.Then,the data was analyzed by statistic index such as frequency,and constituent ratio.Results In 484 valid questionnaires,305 nurses (63.0%) suffered workplace violence during the past one year and verbal attack was the primary form.Violence happened mainly in day-shift (74.1%) and located in wards (51.5%) and nurse station (23.9%).Characters of perpetrator were male,relatives of patients.The main styles to cope violence were to patiently explain (73.1%) and to escape with tolerance (70.2% ).Conclusions Nurses suffering workplace violence is a prevalent phenomenon in tertiary general hospital in Suzhou.It is suggested to conduct intervention in several aspects to prevent and reduce the occurrence of violence against nurses.
