油砂山油田注水开发后原油集输管线一些区段结垢较为严重。对该油田的结垢情况进行了调查,采集了大量垢样,对结垢物进行了定性鉴定、定量分析,确定结垢物的主要组分为硫酸钡锶;根据采出水离子组成分析、地层岩石钡锶元素分析结果,初步判定采出水中结垢离子钡和锶并非来自地层岩石矿物,而是来自侵入地层的泥浆加重剂重晶石及天青石。
油砂山油田註水開髮後原油集輸管線一些區段結垢較為嚴重。對該油田的結垢情況進行瞭調查,採集瞭大量垢樣,對結垢物進行瞭定性鑒定、定量分析,確定結垢物的主要組分為硫痠鋇鍶;根據採齣水離子組成分析、地層巖石鋇鍶元素分析結果,初步判定採齣水中結垢離子鋇和鍶併非來自地層巖石礦物,而是來自侵入地層的泥漿加重劑重晶石及天青石。

Heavy scale precipitation in some sections of crude oil gathering pipelines becomes a severe problem at Youshashan Oil fields in Qinghai in 1—2 years after starting reservoir waterflooding. A large number of scaled substances, produced waters, and formation rock cores are taken to determine their chemical composition. It is found that the principal part of the scaled substances(76%) is barium/strontium(0.75/0.25) sulfates; the produced waters from the producing areas( and wells) are rich in Ba2+/Sr2+ and/or in SO2-4 and highly incompatible and scale-creating when mixed; the formation rock cores contain very little amount of Ba2+ and Sr2+ and can not be considered as Ba2+/Sr2+ source; the later might be the barite and celestite incursive from the drilling mud into the borehole and dissolved out in past 40 years while the wells were twice closed for long time.
