采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法,对两头尖的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离得到两个化合物,经化学及IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,HMOC,HMBC,GCOSY,TOCSY等谱学分析鉴定其结构分别为:3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl( 1 → 3 )-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1 → 2 ) [ β-D-glucopyranosyl ( 1 → 4 ) ]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28- O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),该两个化合物为新化合物,分别命名为:多被银莲花皂苷16(Raddeanoside 16)和多被银莲花皂苷17(Raddeanoside 17).
採用硅膠柱色譜和高效液相色譜等方法,對兩頭尖的化學成分進行瞭研究,從中分離得到兩箇化閤物,經化學及IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,HMOC,HMBC,GCOSY,TOCSY等譜學分析鑒定其結構分彆為:3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl( 1 → 3 )-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1 → 2 ) [ β-D-glucopyranosyl ( 1 → 4 ) ]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28- O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),該兩箇化閤物為新化閤物,分彆命名為:多被銀蓮花皂苷16(Raddeanoside 16)和多被銀蓮花皂苷17(Raddeanoside 17).
