为了实现海底油气管道快速、全自动开孔维修,减少因管道泄漏造成的损失,设计了全自动海底油气管道开孔机,不仅能应用于水下管道带压开孔,也能应用于陆地管道带压开孔.设计的开孔机传动系统、侧标尺部件及液压控制系统能够按照设定的行程全自动实现开孔过程的快速进给、工作进给、快速回退和停机,整个开孔过程不需要人工干预,解决了开孔机在开孔后自动快速回退的难题.
為瞭實現海底油氣管道快速、全自動開孔維脩,減少因管道洩漏造成的損失,設計瞭全自動海底油氣管道開孔機,不僅能應用于水下管道帶壓開孔,也能應用于陸地管道帶壓開孔.設計的開孔機傳動繫統、側標呎部件及液壓控製繫統能夠按照設定的行程全自動實現開孔過程的快速進給、工作進給、快速迴退和停機,整箇開孔過程不需要人工榦預,解決瞭開孔機在開孔後自動快速迴退的難題.

To solve the problem of opening and maintaining automatically and rapidly on the sea-bed oil and gas pipeline, reducing the losses caused by pipeline leak, an automatic submarine oil and gas tapping machine was developed. It can make hot tap on the water pipeline and to the land. Through designing the gearbox system, side benchmark components and hydraulic control system, it can accord to the itinerary sets for the opening of achieving rapid automatic feed, the feed, rapid regression, and parking. The whole cycle is automatically controlled. It solves the problem of automatic stop and quickly rolling back, the whole process of opening no longer needs manual intervention.
