为了实现海底油气管道快速、全自动开孔维修,减少因管道泄漏造成的损失,设计了全自动海底油气管道开孔机,不仅能应用于水下管道带压开孔,也能应用于陆地管道带压开孔.设计的开孔机传动系统、侧标尺部件及液压控制系统能够按照设定的行程全自动实现开孔过程的快速进给、工作进给、快速回退和停机,整个开孔过程不需要人工干预,解决了开孔机在开孔后自动快速回退的难题.

To solve the problem of opening and maintaining automatically and rapidly on the sea-bed oil and gas pipeline, reducing the losses caused by pipeline leak, an automatic submarine oil and gas tapping machine was developed. It can make hot tap on the water pipeline and to the land. Through designing the gearbox system, side benchmark components and hydraulic control system, it can accord to the itinerary sets for the opening of achieving rapid automatic feed, the feed, rapid regression, and parking.
