基于现代设计理论,研究水下隧道结构断面的优化设计问题.建立以隧道结构断面关键几何尺寸为设计变量,隧道结构造价最低为目标函数,隧道建筑限界、抗浮稳定以及隧道应力为约束条件的优化设计数学模型,采用ANSYS有限元优化软件进行寻优搜索,求得隧道结构断面尺寸的最优设计方案.优化设计方案与原设计方案相比,隧道结构断面面积减少了16%,应力分布更为均匀,变形显著减小,且满足抗浮稳定安全的要求,表明隧道结构优化设计方案经济合理、安全可靠.

Based on modem design theories, the optimal design of structural sections of an underwater tunnel was studied. A mathematical model for the optimal design was established, which uses the key geometric dimensions of the structural sections as the design variables, the minimum construction cost of the tunnel structure as the objective function, and the tunnel building line, anti-floating stability and tunnel stresses as the constraint conditions. The optimal design scheme for the tunnel section was determined with the finite element software ANSYS. Compared with the original design scheme, the optimal design scheme shows a decrease of 16% in the area of the tunnel section, the distribution of stresses is more uniform, the displacement of the tunnel significantly decreases, and the anti-floating stability is also satisfied. It follows that the optimal design scheme for the tunnel section is economical, rational, safe and reliable.
