大庆石化公司炼油厂废水处理设施能力不足,出水水质也不能满足要求.采用除油/均质/气浮/前置硝化反硝化(A/O)/过滤工艺对原工艺和设备进行改造扩容后,系统处理能力由原来的600 m~3/h提高至800 m~3/h.出水水质满足回用水装置进水要求.

The original treatment facilities of refinery wastewater in Daqing Petrochemical Company had low capacity and the effluent quality could not meet the requirements. After the rebuilding and exten-sion by oil removal equalization/air flotation/pre-nitrification and denitrification (A/O)/filtration, the treatment capacity of the system is increased from 600 m~3/h to 800 m~3/h. The effluent quality meets the requirement of wastewater reclamation unit.
