利用3种双酯型乌头碱(乌头碱、新乌头碱、次乌头碱)经水解得到3种乌头碱型生物原碱, 即乌头原碱、新乌头原碱、次乌头原碱. 应用一维和二维核磁共振(NMR, 包括~1H-~1H COSY,HMQC和HMBC)对这3种化合物的结构进行了分析, 并对其~1H和~(13)C化学位移进行了全归属.

Three aconines: aconine, mesaconine, hypaconine were separated from the hydrolyzates of three diester-diterpenoid aconines aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine. ~1H and 13C NMR spectra(including ~1H-~1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC) of the compounds were acquired and assigned. The structures of the compounds were elucidated. The chemical shift assignments of ~1H and ~(13)C were made.
