以液体硅酸钠、铝酸钠和氢氧化钠为原料,在一种流动体系中制备了工业应用规格的NaA分子筛膜,用XRD和SEM对分子筛膜的晶相结构和表面形貌进行了表征,所制备的NaA分子筛膜具有优良的渗透汽化分离性能.这种流动体系中制备分子筛膜的新方法从根本上避免分子筛合成过程中的浓度梯度问题,有利于制备均匀、连续、致密、分离性能优异的分子筛膜,特别适合于制备工业应用规模的分子筛膜.
以液體硅痠鈉、鋁痠鈉和氫氧化鈉為原料,在一種流動體繫中製備瞭工業應用規格的NaA分子篩膜,用XRD和SEM對分子篩膜的晶相結構和錶麵形貌進行瞭錶徵,所製備的NaA分子篩膜具有優良的滲透汽化分離性能.這種流動體繫中製備分子篩膜的新方法從根本上避免分子篩閤成過程中的濃度梯度問題,有利于製備均勻、連續、緻密、分離性能優異的分子篩膜,特彆適閤于製備工業應用規模的分子篩膜.

A NaA zeolite membrane with commercial length was prepared in flowing system using water glass, sodium aluminate and sodium hydroxide as the raw materials.The crystal structures and the surface images of the NaA zeolite membrane were characterized by XRD and SEM.The NaA zeolite membrane exhibited excellent PV performance for the dehydration of various organic solvents.The preparation of NaA zeolite membranes in flowing system can effectively avoid the concentration gradient in the conventional processes, and it is suitable for producing uniform, continuous and high quality zeolite membrane in industrial scale.
