针对风电机组的有功输出随风速具有随机性和波动性的特点,以及风电场并网带来的安全控制装置配合问题,分析了风电场对孤网系统高频切机和低频减载装置动作情况的影响。通过对实际系统的仿真分析,研究了故障后有风电场运行的孤网系统暂态过程和安全控制装置动作情况。结果表明风电接入电网后,风电机组出力的波动不可避免地影响了切机措施的效果,系统原有的高频切机装置需要进行适当的调整;提出的思路和改进方法对含风电场的电网安全稳定控制措施的配置具有重要的参考价值。

In view of the fluctuation of wind power due to the randomness and volatility of wind speed and the coordination of safety control devices brought by grid-connected wind farms, the impacts of grid-connected wind farms on the action situation of high-frequency generator tripping devices and under-frequency load shedding devices are analyzed. Through the simulation of an actual power system, the post-fault transient process and action situation of safety control devices of an isolated power grid are analyzed. The results show that for an isolated power grid with wind farms it is ineluctable that the effect of generator tripping measure will be affected by output fluctuation of wind power generation units. Thus, existing high-frequency generator tripping devices should be properly adjusted. The thinking and improving approach proposed by this paper are available for reference to the configuration of safety control devices in power grid with wind farms.
