目的探讨为疾病筛查中心提供优质干滤纸血片用于新生儿4种疾病筛查的改良措施.方法根据新生儿的解剖和血液循环的特点,科学的选取采血部位和把握采血时机(选择血液循环良好时)进针,熟练掌握采血技巧.通过滤纸血片晾架的应用,使血片晾干过程规范化,并且及时安全送检.结果一次采血成功率(96.87%)及干滤纸血片合格率(100%)明显提高,足跟红肿率(1.45%)明显降低,三项统计两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),无一例因晾血不妥而复采.结论通过掌握科学的采血技巧、加强晾血过程的管理、及时安全送检,极大地提高了干滤纸血片合格率,提高了疾病筛查的准确性.

Objective To explore improved measures of dried-blood spot spocimens on filter paper in screening neonatal diseases. Methods According to the anatomy and blood circulation of neonates, puncture site and timing was well chosen and blood was proficiently collected. Through the application of drying rack, the process of blood drying was standardized and the specimens were delivered safely and timely. Results The success rate of one-time blood collecting (96.87%) and eligibility rate of dried-blood spot specimens on filter paper ( 100% ) was enhanced, and rate of heel swelling was decreased, with statistical significance( P ＜ 0. 01 ).No blood was re-collected due to improper blood drying. Conclusions Through the command of blood collecting skills, improvement of blood drying and delivery management, eligibility rate of dried-blood spot specimens on filter paper was greatly enhanced and accuracy of disease screening was boosted.
