目的探讨对癫痫患者进行手机短信教育的效果.方法在门诊选择60例癫痫患者,随机分为短信教育组与对照组各30例.短信教育组(以下称短信组)首诊时给予常规教育和离院后短信教育；对照组只在首诊时给予常规教育.结果短信组癫痫患者的生活质量优于对照组,两者比较(P＜0.01),差异有统计学意义.结论对癫痫患者进行短信教育有利于帮助他们获得解决问题的知识和技能,从而提高了患者的生活质量.

Objective To observe the SMS education effect in patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with epilepsy in outpatient were randomly divided into SMS education group and control group,each with 30 cases.The SMS education group (SMS group) was received the conventional education when the first diagnosis and received SMS education after leaving hospital; the control group only was received routine education when the first diagnosis.Results The quality of life in SMS group was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The SMS eduction in the patients with epilepsy could help them to get knowledge and skills about solving the problems and improve the patients' quality of life.
