1984～1992年,应用单纯的挛缩组织切断术治疗注射性臀肌挛缩症955例,大部分获得比较满意的效果,少数病例术后出现髋关节外展,肌力量减弱和臀部凹陷.1993年以来,应用阔筋膜张肌腱膜转位术治疗臀肌挛缩症102例,治疗效果满意.这种方法既能达到挛缩组织切断术的手术效果,又可弥补其不足.
1984～1992년,응용단순적련축조직절단술치료주사성둔기련축증955례,대부분획득비교만의적효과,소수병례술후출현관관절외전,기역량감약화둔부요함.1993년이래,응용활근막장기건막전위술치료둔기련축증102례,치료효과만의.저충방법기능체도련축조직절단술적수술효과,우가미보기불족.
From 1984 to 1992,955 patients with post-injectional gluteus contracture were treated by dividing the contractures.Most of them recovered satisfactorily.But there were still 7% of them suffering from weakness of abduction,about 9 % of them had depression deformity at tye site of operation.Since 1993,transposition of tensor facia lata was practiced in 102 cases.The results were good.The main advantages were as following:1.Not only restores the full hip functions in adduction,flexion and internal rotation crossing over the mild-line,but also keeps the normal abduction function to make a more stable hip.2.Transposition of tensor facia lata connecting the divided contractures fills up the gaps in gluteus medius and maximus muscles and makes the gluteal region a normal look.
