应用ISSR标记技术,对来自国内忍冬属(Lonicera Linn.)的19个居群进行遗传多样性和遗传结构的分析. 从100条ISSR随机引物中筛选出19条引物对19个忍冬居群进行扩增,共得到305条清晰的扩增位点,其中多态性位点273个,多态位点百分率(PPB)为89.51%. 遗传分化系数(G_(ST))为0.5624,这显示19个居群的分子变异主要存在于居群间.

Inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) markers were employed to assess genetic diversity and population structure in nineteen populations of Lonicera Linn., a source of anti-inflammatory herbal medicine. Using 19 screened primers, 305 discernible DNA fragments were generated of which 273 (89.51%) were polymorphic. The coefficient of gene differentiation (G_(ST)= 0.5624) showed that the total molecular variance of 19 populations was mainly existed among populations.
