The Information Platform of Shanxi Natural Sci-Tech Resources was designed and built based on indefiniteness of types of the resources, the characteristics, the data quantity and the relation between them, using the dynamic database designing method with the characteristics of modeling and flexible display. The data is organized using structures such as data dictionaries. And the resources sorting system,type, characteristics and concemning experts, keeping unit, collecting region etc. of the resouces could be chosen and expanded by system builder.
