基于CuAlNi形状记忆合金单晶的一维准静态拉伸实验,着重研究相变过程中条带状马氏体的微观结构.通过金相显微镜对整个试样表面进行拍照,并利用图像处理技术和均匀化的方法,提取到了不同载荷下马氏体的含量(相分量)和条带的数量(界面数)在试样各处的分布与变化情况,找到了加载和卸载过程中相变微结构的演化规律,从而实现了对条带状马氏体相变微结构的量化处理.

An experimental investigation of CuAINi single crystalline shape memory alloys under uni-axial tension was undertaken. Special attention was paid to the fine layered microstructure during phase transformation. Digital images of the whole sample surface were taken under optical microscope, and they were processed through an image analysis technique and homogenization method. The distribution of the martensitic phase fraction and the number of interfaces along the sample at various loads were obtained, and the evolution of its microstructures during loading and unloading was documented. It was concluded that the method proposed gives quantitative analysis of the fine layered microstructures.
