中药巴戟天(Morinda officinalis)的根经过水提、醇沉、脱色和离子交换得到水溶性多糖(MOHP-1),经过FIIR、HPLC、NMR和GC-MS分析,最后确定MOHP-1是由果糖以(2→1)糖苷键连接的菊淀粉性多糖,其结构为α-Glcp(1→2)-[β-Fruf-(2→1)-β-Frucf].
中藥巴戟天(Morinda officinalis)的根經過水提、醇沉、脫色和離子交換得到水溶性多糖(MOHP-1),經過FIIR、HPLC、NMR和GC-MS分析,最後確定MOHP-1是由果糖以(2→1)糖苷鍵連接的菊澱粉性多糖,其結構為α-Glcp(1→2)-[β-Fruf-(2→1)-β-Frucf].
중약파극천(Morinda officinalis)적근경과수제、순침、탈색화리자교환득도수용성다당(MOHP-1),경과FIIR、HPLC、NMR화GC-MS분석,최후학정MOHP-1시유과당이(2→1)당감건련접적국정분성다당,기결구위α-Glcp(1→2)-[β-Fruf-(2→1)-β-Frucf].
A soluble polysaccharide (MOHP-1) was isolated from the roots of Morinda officinalis How via procedures including extraction,precipitation,deprotein,decolor and separation over anion-exchange.On the basis of FTIR,HPLC,NMR and GC-MS analysis after methylation,MOHP-1 was determined as α-Glcp- (1 →2) -[β-Fruf- (2→1)-β-Frucf]n,a polysaccharide with a linear chain of (2→1) linked β-fructofuranosyl residues specifying an inulin-type structure.
