针对电子设备的结构特点,依据某型(ATR)加固机箱结构设计的电磁兼容性原理和电磁兼容要求,阐述了缝隙、孔、嗣在机箱上对电磁屏蔽效呆的影响。提出在结构工艺上保证机箱的电磁屏蔽和抑制电磁于扰的具体方法,有效的解决了机箱的电磁兼容超标问题。并由此对机箱电磁兼容特性进行了结果的验证,证明了采用屏蔽措施后对机箱屏蔽效果有了较高的提升。

According to the theory of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and the requirement of ruggedized cabinet structure design, the paper describes the influence of apertures or holes in cabinet on electromagnetic shielding, proposes some specific measures to ensure the electromagnetic shielding performance and anti-electromagnetic-interference performance of the cabinet structure, which effectively solve the problems exist in EMC design. Finally, the experiment result proves the improvement of the electromagnetic shielding performance when the proposed measures are adopted.
