本文从国家对发展高等职业学校的高度重视,高校逐年扩招、市场经济深入发展和＂精英教育＂向＂大众化教育＂转变的新形势,对大学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观带来一定的负面影响入手,谈新形势下如何做好高等职业院校的辅导员工作。
本文從國傢對髮展高等職業學校的高度重視,高校逐年擴招、市場經濟深入髮展和＂精英教育＂嚮＂大衆化教育＂轉變的新形勢,對大學生樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀和世界觀帶來一定的負麵影響入手,談新形勢下如何做好高等職業院校的輔導員工作。
본문종국가대발전고등직업학교적고도중시,고교축년확초、시장경제심입발전화＂정영교육＂향＂대음화교육＂전변적신형세,대대학생수립정학적인생관、개치관화세계관대래일정적부면영향입수,담신형세하여하주호고등직업원교적보도원공작。
This article shows that the government attaches importance to the developing of high-level professional colleges and universities. As the universities expand year by year, the developing of market economy and the change from ＂the outstanding person educated＂ to ＂the popular education＂, the university students are now under the new situation which may have negative influence for students to set up correct outlook on the life, the values and the world. This article discussed how to complete the instructors＇ work from the analysis of the characteristic of high-level professional colleges and universities under the new situation.
