目的观察高压氧(HBO)对四肢骨折的治疗效果.方法回顾性分析自2008年4月至2010年9月应用高压氧联合传统治疗方式治疗的30例长骨骨折患者的临床资料,另选30例长骨骨折只用传统治疗方式患者作为对照.结果平均随访时间17个月(8～ 29个月).高压氧组35处骨折获得愈合,愈合率为94.6％,骨折平均愈合时间为4个月.其中34处(97.1％)一期愈合,1处(2.9％)二期愈合,延迟愈合2处(5.7％).对照组27处骨折获得愈合,愈合率为81.8％,骨折平均愈合时间为5个月.其中24处(88.9％)一期愈合,3处(11.1％)二期愈合.延迟愈合6处(18.2％).HBO治疗组在四肢骨折后骨折愈合率明显提高,HBO治疗组明显优于对照组.结论 HBO治疗可以促进肢体骨折的愈合,具有显著临床疗效.

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in the treatment of limbs fracture.Methods Thirty cases of limbs fracture were treated with HBO comprehensive treatment,another 30 cases were only treated with conventional treatment as control group.Results Among the 37 fractures in HBO group,35 fractures (94.6％ ) were eventurally healed,with an average healing time of 4 months.34 fracture (97.1％ ) primarily healed,and 1 fracture (2.9％ ) secondary healed,2 fractures(5.7％ ) delayed union.And among the 33 fractures in control group,27 fractures (81.8％) were eventurally healed,with an average healing time of 5 months.24 fractures(88.9％ )primarily healed,and 3 fractures (11.1％ )secondary healed,6 fractures (18.2％ ) delayed union.The healing of fracture was significantly raised in HBO group.Conclusions It is showed that HBO treatment may promote the healing of fracture.
