用丙酮和热乙醇为溶剂,在室温下通入NH3,短时间内可制成卡巴匹林钙。用Rf值、IR和1H-NMR对化合物结构进行表征。对影响反应的诸因素进行了优化。产率由74.6%提高到95.4%,反应时间由2 h缩短至25 min。

Acetone and hot-ethanol were used as solvents,taken in NH3(gas)at room temperature,carbasalate calcium was prepared by One-pot synthetic technology after a short time.Its structure was characterized by IR,Rf and 1H-NMR.Some experimental conditions were optimized.The yield of carbasalate calcium was increased from 74.6% to 95.4% under proper conditions.The time was shortened from 2 h to 25 min,as compared with the classic method.
