为了使交通影响分析不断适应日趋复杂的城市交通及土地使用系统,从一种新的视角,首先对我国交通影响分析的发展历程和现状进行了回顾和剖析,在此基础上,探讨了我国交通影响分析理论技术的未来发展方向和目标.首次提出应在建设项目的不同规划和建设阶段分别引入交通影响分析制度;应逐步在交通影响分析报告中强化交通安全评价及生活与生态环境评价内容;应尽快将微观交通仿真技术应用到交通影响分析中.这些不仅可以进一步完善我国交通影响分析理论体系,而且可为相关部门提供决策参考.

In order to make traffic impact analysis continuously adapt to traffic and land use system, first, development and present state of traffic impact analysis of China were reviewed and analyzed. Then the direction and objective of theory and technology of traffic impact analysis of China were discussed. It is put forward that (1) traffic impact analysis should be introduced into different planning and construction phases of project; (2) traffic safety appraise, living and ecological environment appraise should be intensified gradually in traffic impact analysis; (3) microcosmic traffic simulation technology should be introduced into traffic impact analysis as early as possible. These suggestions can not only perfect the theory of tragic impact analysis of China, but also offer a decision-making reference for correlative department.
