目的 研究泽泻汤对正常小鼠血压的影响及其特点.方法 采用清醒状态下小鼠尾动脉间接测压法,分别测定泽泻汤Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ 4个剂量组腹腔注射给药前后不同时间点的血压和心率.结果 泽泻汤Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ 3个剂量组(给药量依次为90,180,360 mg/kg)对正常血压小鼠具有显著降压作用(P< 0. 05).泽泻汤的降压效果与剂量之间在给药10 min和30 min时呈现出较好的量效相关性.同时还观察到泽泻汤Ⅳ剂量组(给药量为360 mg /kg)具有一定的减慢心率作用.结论 泽泻汤对正常血压小鼠有降压作用,并有一定的药物量效关系,同时具有一定的减缓心率作用.该结果为今后深入的研究泽泻汤降压药效评价和作用机制奠定了基础.

Objective To study the effect of Zexie decoction on blood pressure in mice. Methods The blood pressure of mice at different time points was measured after treatment with Zexie decoction of four concentrations by using the tail cuff method with a BP meter.Results The results showed that Zexie decoction reduced the systolic blood pressure (SBP) in mice at a single dosage of 90 mg/kg body weight ,180 mg/kg body weight or 360 mg/kg body weight.There was a dose-effect relationship between the antihypertensive effects in four doses at 10 minutes and 30 minutes. The result also showed that Zexie decoction at the dosage of 360 mg/kg body weight had the obvious effect of reducing heart rate in mice at 10 min. Conclusion Zexie decoction has the antihypertensive effect in mice. The antihypertensive effect is positively correlated with the dosage. This result provides substantial foundation for further research on antihypertensive effects of Zexie decoction and its mechanism.
