利用BTB培养基快速高效地从某味精厂废水处理系统的活性污泥中筛选出一株高效异养硝化-好氧反硝化细菌LH2-3.通过形态观察,生理生化特征测定,Biolog鉴定以及16S rDNA分子鉴定,认定该菌株是巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium).菌株脱氮性能研究表明:在异养硝化过程中,该菌株可将培养液中的NH_4~+-N 100%去除,对TN的去除率可达98.16%;在好氧反硝化过程中,其对NO_2~-N的去除率达到97.14%,对TN的去除率达到94.97%.

By using BTB medium,a heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrifier LH2-3 was quickly and efficiently isolated from the activated sludge in an MSG wastewater denitrification system.Through morphological observation,physiological and biochemical features determination,Biolog system analysis and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,it was identified as Bacillus megaterium.The results show that ammonia nitrogen loss through heterotrophic nitrification in the liquid culture medium inoculated with LH2-3 reached 100%,and the removal rate of TN was 98.16%.The removal rate of nitrate by this strain was 97.14%,and the removal rate of TN was 94.97% through aerobic denitrification.
