采用皂化法制备硬脂酸镧稳定剂,通过FTlR和DSC对其结构和性能进行表征.硬脂酸镧稳定剂与传统稳定剂相比具有更好的稳定性和耐候性,可代替传统热稳定剂用于制备PVC.实验结果表明:加入硬脂酸镧稳定剂可显著提高PVC树脂的热稳定性、加工性能和机械性能.

Lanthanum stearate stabilizer was prepared by saponifying method and also characterized its structures by FTIR techniques and thermal properties by DSC techniques. Compared with traditional stabilizers, the lanthanum stearate stabilizer had better properties such as the stability and weather resistance,and could be used to prepare the PVC. The experiment results showed that the PVC properties were improved in heat-stability, processing behavior and mechanical properties by filled with lanthanum stearate stabilizes.
