用2%H2SO4-CH3OH萃取分离胜华炼油厂催化裂化柴油中的氮化物,通过高氯酸电位滴定法、微库仑分析、GC、GC/MS分析表明,此法脱氮率95%;柴油中的氮化物主要为吲哚类和咔唑类非碱性氮化物,还有一定量的碱性氮化物,主要是苯胺类;共鉴定出67种氮化物,确定了28种氮化物的结构。

Nitrogen-containing compounds were extracted from diesels produced from FCC units of Shenghua refinery by 2%H2SO4-CH3OH.The results of potentiometric titration on non-aqueous solvents with perchloric acid,micro-coulometric analysis,GC and GC/MS analysis indicate that the nitrogen-containing compounds are mainly indole,carbazole and their derivatives as well as a certain amount of basic nitrogen compounds mainly aniline and its derivatives.The percentage of basic nitrogen in the diesel is 317 μg/g (the total nitrogen in the diesel is 0.16%).The rate of nitrogen removal is 95%.More than sixty nitrogen-containing compounds are identified,with structures of 28 compounds determined.
