The ecological system of wetland is characteristically dissipative. As to the serious situation that wetlands are using and protecting in China, the theory of dissipative structures and entropy exchange is employed.The purpose of this study is to analyses the use and protection of wetland form new perspectives.The results indicate that the theory of dissipative structures is useful and appropriate to restore wetland ecology and develop replacement industry study the use and protection of wetland. Some suggestions are raised at last.
