建立了HPLC-ELSD法测定Nosyl-FLT,采用C_8色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-三氟乙酸(90:10:0.1).NosylFLT在0.2～2 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,检测限为5 ng,RSD小于1.25%.

An HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of Nosyl-FLT.A C_8 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-trifluoroacetate(90:10:0.1).The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.2-2 mg/ml.The limit of detection was 5 ng and RSDs were less than 1.25%.
