在实验室条件下,通过对种子发芽率及根生长状况的观察测定,比较了不同稀释倍数的ASP-15植物促生菌浸种效果。结果表明,100~1000倍ASP-15菌稀释液浸种,即当大豆每粒种子至少吸附有3.6×10^6个~4.5×10^6个菌、玉米每粒种子至少吸附有5.6×10^6-7.0×10^6个菌、水稻每粒种子至少吸附有8.0×10^4个~1.0×10^5个菌时,ASP-15菌才能充分发挥作用,能够显著提高大豆、玉米、水稻种子的发芽率,特别是在发芽初期尤为明显。48h测定,同清水浸种对照比,玉米发芽率提高了23.47%;大豆提高了34.83%;水稻提高了29.53%。同时明显促进种子根的生长,与对照比,差异达显著水平。

재실험실조건하,통과대충자발아솔급근생장상황적관찰측정,비교료불동희석배수적ASP-15식물촉생균침충효과。결과표명,100~1000배ASP-15균희석액침충,즉당대두매립충자지소흡부유3.6×10^6개~4.5×10^6개균、옥미매립충자지소흡부유5.6×10^6-7.0×10^6개균、수도매립충자지소흡부유8.0×10^4개~1.0×10^5개균시,ASP-15균재능충분발휘작용,능구현저제고대두、옥미、수도충자적발아솔,특별시재발아초기우위명현。48h측정,동청수침충대조비,옥미발아솔제고료23.47%;대두제고료34.83%;수도제고료29.53%。동시명현촉진충자근적생장,여대조비,차이체현저수평。
In the condition of laboratory, the seed germination rate and the root growth status were determined and compared when the different diluted times ASP - 15 bacteria fermented liquor had been soaked into seed. The results showed that when the 100 to 1,000 times ASP 15 bacteria fermented dilution was soaked into seed, namely when each soybean seed was adsorbed by 3.6×10^6- 4.5×10^6 bacteria at least, each corn seed was adsorbed by 5.6×10^6-7.0×10^6 bacteria at least and each rice seed was adsorbed by 8.0×10^4-1.0×10^5 bacteria at least, ASP - 15 bacteria could fully play their part and could significantly improve the soybean, corn and rice seed germination rate, especially in sprout early particularly apparent. In contrast to water being soaked into seed, the corn seed germination rate was increased by 23.47%; the soybean seed germination rate was raised by 34.83% and the rice seed germination rate was increased by 29.53% after 48 hour. Meanwhile root growth was promoted significantly.
