目的观察巩膜扣带术治疗术前未发现裂孔的视网膜脱离的效果.方法回顾性分析从2010年3月至2011年3月在南京医科大学第一附属医院眼科治疗的术前未发现裂孔的视网膜脱离患者36例(36眼),在显微镜下行巩膜扣带术.其中30例术中找到裂孔,其中10例行巩膜表面节段性外加压联合环扎术;20例单纯行环扎术.其余6例术中仍未找到明显裂孔,单纯行环扎术.32例进行了视网膜下液引流;4例在手术结束时行玻璃体腔气体充填.结果 36例术前未发现裂孔的视网膜脱离中有2例视网膜未能复位,余均复位良好.术后随访最短3个月,最长12个月,最终复位率94.4％.结论巩膜扣带术治疗术前未发现裂孔的视网膜脱离安全有效.

Objective To observe the efficacy of scleral buckle for the treatment of retinal detachment with the tear undetected before surgery.Methods This is a retrospective study.36 cases (36 eyes) of retinal detachment with tears undetected before the operation were enrolled in the study in the First Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from March 2010 to March 2011.The tears were found in 30 cases during the surgery,10 of which underwent scleral buckle combined with segmental pressure and 20 of which underwent scleral buckle.The tears could not be found in 6 cases who were treated by scleral buckle.Subretinal fluid drainage was performed in 32 cases.Vitreous gas tamponade was performed in 4 cases.Results The follow up period was 3 ～ 12 months.Among 36 cases of retinal detachment with undetected tears,34 cases reattached successfully and 2 cases failed to reattach.The reattachment rate was 94.4％.Conclusion Scleral buckle is safe and effective for retinal detachment with undetected tears before the operation.
