采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪( ICP-AES)对温州地区野生和人工养殖鼠尾藻中11种微量元素的含量进行了测定.结果表明,鼠尾藻中钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜的含量丰富,温州地区野生和人工养殖的鼠尾藻所含各种微量元素存在差异,为鼠尾藻的进一步的开发利用提供科学依据.
採用電感耦閤等離子體原子髮射光譜儀( ICP-AES)對溫州地區野生和人工養殖鼠尾藻中11種微量元素的含量進行瞭測定.結果錶明,鼠尾藻中鈣、鎂、鐵、鋅、錳、銅的含量豐富,溫州地區野生和人工養殖的鼠尾藻所含各種微量元素存在差異,為鼠尾藻的進一步的開髮利用提供科學依據.

The content of eleven trace elements in wild and artificial breeding Sargassum thunbergii of Wenzhou area was determined by ICP-AES. The result shows that the micronutrients such as Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu are rich in the seaweed. As for the various trace elements,there exist certain differences between the wild and artificial breeding Sargassum thunbergii,which provides scientific evidence for further exploitation and utilization.
