本试验以岩原鲤幼鱼为材料,研究了不同浓度下铵态氮和亚硝酸盐氮对岩原鲤的毒性.结果表明,氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮对岩原鲤的96 h-LC_(50)值(95 %可信区间)分别为2.32 mg/L(1.72~3.24 mg/L)、1.06 mg/L(0.79~1.42 mg/L).
本試驗以巖原鯉幼魚為材料,研究瞭不同濃度下銨態氮和亞硝痠鹽氮對巖原鯉的毒性.結果錶明,氨氮和亞硝痠鹽氮對巖原鯉的96 h-LC_(50)值(95 %可信區間)分彆為2.32 mg/L(1.72~3.24 mg/L)、1.06 mg/L(0.79~1.42 mg/L).
본시험이암원리유어위재료,연구료불동농도하안태담화아초산염담대암원리적독성.결과표명,안담화아초산염담대암원리적96 h-LC_(50)치(95 %가신구간)분별위2.32 mg/L(1.72~3.24 mg/L)、1.06 mg/L(0.79~1.42 mg/L).
In this experiment, the effects of nitrite and non-ion ammonia on juveniles of Procypris rabaudi were studied. The results showed that the 96h LC_(50) with 95 % confidence limits of non-ion ammonia for Procypris rabaudi were 2.32 mg/L(1.72-3.24 mg/L), and the same values of nitrite were 1.06 mg/L(0.79-1.42 mg/L).
