随着高等教育改革的不断深化和素质教育的全面贯彻实施,对教师提出了更高的要求.教师的综合素质直接影响到人才培养的质量.高等医学院校管理者必须从思想道德、学术水平、教育教学手段等多种途径着手,才能逐步构建一支高水平的师资队伍.本文探讨了新时期高等医学院校教师综合素质建设中面临的问题,并提供了相应的对策.

With the continuous deepening of reform of education,it is quite important to strengthen the comprehensive quality construction of teachers in durative development of medical school and advance of the educational quality.To be a medical educational manager,we must strengthen the construction of teachers' faculty on their thought,research,teaching means.In this article,the research on how to further strengthen the teachers' comprehensive quality construction is discussed.we hoped to provide some advice and suggestion from the research.
