目的：对围手术期分别应用快速康复外科（FTS）方法和传统治疗方法的结直肠癌患者在临床疗效和住院费用方面进行对照研究。方法随机选取50例按传统方法进行围手术期处理的结直肠癌患者作为对照组，应用FTS方案同期50例结直肠癌患者为FTS组，比较两组患者术后首次排气时间、手术并发症的发病率、住院时间、住院总费用等多项指标。结果与对照组相比，FTS组术后首次排气时间较早，住院时间缩短，平均住院费用降低。患者恢复快，效果满意.两组患者并发症的发病率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者围手术期行FTS方案治疗是安全、有效的方法，术后康复加快，住院时间缩短，医疗费用降低。

Objective Control study on the clinical efficiency and costs of fast track surgery(FTS) and traditional method was carried out in colorectal cancer patients. Methods one hundred colorectal cancer patients were randomLy selected, 50 cases treated with conventional therapy as control group and 50 cases treated with FTS programme. The postoperative initial venting time, the incidence of complications, the hospital stay and cost index were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative initial venting time was in advance and postoperative stay was obviously shortened in FTS group. Hospitalization expenditure in FTS group was lower than that in control group. Patients recovered quickly, the result was satisfactory. The complication was not significantly different between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05 ) . Conclusions FTS treatment can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and elevate clinical efficiency in colorectal cancer patients during operation period. FTS treatment is a safe and effective method.
