目的 探讨心室利钠肽(VNP)水平与冠心病患者冠脉病变程度的相关性.方法 选取68例冠心病患者为观察组,其中急性心肌梗死24例,不稳定性心绞痛22例,稳定性心绞痛22例,另选取20例健康者为对照组,酶联免疫吸附法测定对照组与观察组的血浆中心室利钠肽水平,并进行比较.结果 对照组与各组比较,VNP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各组间比较,VNP水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),冠心病患者血浆VNP浓度明显高于健康者,VNP浓度越高说明冠心病患者的冠脉病变程度越严重.结论 心室利钠肽水平与冠心病患者冠脉病变程度具有明显的相关性.

Objective To evaluate the correlation of ventricular natriuretic peptide with lesions of coronary artery in coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-eight patients with coronary heart disease were considered as the observation group and 24 patients were acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina were 22 cases, 22 cases of stable angina pectoris, 20 cases of healthy control group. The control group and observation group were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the control group, VNP levels were significantly different in observation group(P<0.05); In the observation group, VNP levels were significantly different (P<0.05), and VNP in the coronary heart disease were significantly higher than the control group. The higher levels of the VNP in patients with coronary heart disease showed the extent of coronary disease were more serious. Conclusions There are correlation of ventricular natriuretic peptide with lesions of coronary artery in coronary heart disease.
