[目的 ]观察草酸铂（奥沙利铂）在肝动脉中灌注治疗复治转移性肝癌的安全性和疗效。 [方法 ]对 8例复治的转移性肝癌的患者在肝动脉中灌注 200mg奥沙利铂。 [结果 ]8例患者中， 1例患者达到 PR， 5例患者 NC， 2例患者 PD；毒副反应均为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度，治疗中未出现肾功能的损伤。 [结论 ]奥沙利铂动脉灌注是安全的，初步研究证明在肝动脉中灌注有一定疗效。
[목적 ]관찰초산박（오사리박）재간동맥중관주치료복치전이성간암적안전성화료효。 [방법 ]대 8례복치적전이성간암적환자재간동맥중관주 200mg오사리박。 [결과 ]8례환자중， 1례환자체도 PR， 5례환자 NC， 2례환자 PD；독부반응균위Ⅰ～Ⅱ도，치료중미출현신공능적손상。 [결론 ]오사리박동맥관주시안전적，초보연구증명재간동맥중관주유일정료효。
[Purpose]To evaluate the effect and safety of intra-arterial infusion with Oxaliplatin for previously treated metastatic liver cancer.[Method]Eight patients with metastatic liver cancer have received intra-arterial 200mg Oxaliplatin once every four weeks.[Results]Each case received twice .In these cases,one reached PR;five,NC and two,PD.One case occurred Ⅱ 0 leucocytopenia,three showed Ⅰ 0～ Ⅱ 0gastrointestinal side effect,one was found Ⅰ 0 hepatic side effect,one appeared Ⅰ 0nerval side effect after two courses treatment.No renal damaged. [Conclusion] It's shown that intra-arterial infusion with Oxaliplatin is safe and effective.
